Parade Rules *

1. The responsible adult must be on or with their float, vehicle, or walking group at all times. This adult is responsible for the safety of all participants in the group.
2. Nothing can be thrown from a float, vehicle, or walking group. Including candy.
3. No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol during this event.
4. This is a Family Event. DO NOT ENDANGER SPECTATORS OR OTHER EVENT PARTICIPANTS.
5. Only one performance in front of the judging booth.
6. Proof of insurance is required for all vehicles

Hold Harmless Agreement *

In consideration of the individual/organization/group applying for permission to participate in this event, the individual signing below hereby takes action for themselves, their entire organization/group, their executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns as follows; (A) Waive, release and discharge from property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to any individual/member of the organization/group, including travel to and from the event, the following entities or persons: Lower Lake Community Action Group, Lower Lake Parade Committee, Lakeshore Lions, Konocti Unified School District, County of Lake, CalTrans, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, the event holders, event sponsors, event directors, and event volunteers; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise. The undersigned certifies that they are authorized to sign individually or on behalf of the group/organization, will ensure their group/organization adheres to all parade rules and agrees to the terms of the above Hold Harmless Agreement.
